About me
I have been involved in the IT & Internet industry for over 20 years and I am currently employed professionally as an IT / Software Engineer. My knowledge in web design and development includes, HTML, ASP, MS SQL Server, Digital Photography, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and also Microsoft IIS4,5 & 6.0 Internet servers.
I like to produce clean and simplistic web sites that are easy to read and navigate and get the message across in a clear and concise manner.
I have produced web sites big and small from a single 'splash' page to full e-commerce sites. Sites i have designed and produced have received 'Highly Commended' awards in the 2003 and 2004
E-commerce awards run by the DTI.
In an industry that can see costs spiral out of control for those unaware, my knowledge of internet technologies and IT suppliers allows me to recommend companies and services which offer real value for money.
I am based in the village of Graveley in North Hertfordshire which is close to the A1(M) between Stevenage and Hitchin.
Please note I operate Andy Sears Web Design as a part time venture that I operate from home in the evenings and weekends as I am employed on a 9 to 5 basis, contacting me is best done by email or by sms / voicemail where I will return your call as soon as possible.
